How does the free trial work?
Sign up and your club gets 3 full months of ClubCourtFlow at no cost — no credit card required. After the trial, it's $39 USD (or $49 CAD) per location per month. Cancel anytime.
Do I need technical knowledge to set it up?
Not at all. The system runs in a web browser — nothing to install. Call us at 1-800-852-2871 and we'll walk you through setting up your first session in minutes.
What if my club has multiple locations?
Each physical location is billed separately. Each location also gets its own 3-month free trial when it signs up. You can manage all your locations from a single super-admin account.
What does the SMS waitlist cost?
Text messages are billed separately on a per-use basis at exactly what we pay — powered by Twilio, the industry-leading SMS platform. There's no markup. Most clubs send a few hundred texts per month, which typically works out to just a few dollars. Usage is billed monthly alongside your subscription.
Can I migrate from our current system?
Yes — we can help you import your member list and get everything set up. Call us and we'll work through it together. We've done this before and it's usually faster than you expect.
Is my data secure?
All pages are served over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with SHA-256 and a unique salt — we never store plain-text passwords. Member data is kept on a dedicated SQL Server database.
